Who Can Use Eva Air Miles?

• Have at least 1000 miles in your Infinity Mileage account.
• Applicable only for our direct international routes on EVA or UNI Air.
• Reservation through Eva Air miles is not permitted for multi-city trips, student fares, and special discounted fares.
• You can use miles to book a flight in Economy Class, Premium Economy, and Business Class.
• The miles are only eligible for an Infinity Mileage account holder.
• Cannot be used to purchase flight tickets for infants.

However, you cannot book an Eva Air flight ticket with miles if your travel itinerary includes partner airlines like Bangkok Airways or Garuda Indonesia. Earned miles from your flight still go to your Infinity MileageLands account, and are based on the flight distance and your class of service. 

How to Book an Eva Air flight with Miles?

You can use just miles or a combination of miles and cash to book an Eva Air flight ticket via the airline’s official website. Follow these steps:

• Go to evaair.com and sign in with your Infinity MileageLands ID.
• Select your travel dates and destination, such as New York (JFK) to Taipei (TPE).
• Choose a direct/non-stop Eva Air or UNI Air flight. It should not include any connections or layovers.
• Click “Miles/Cash” to open the tool.
• You can slide the bar or type in how many miles you want to redeem. You can use full miles or redeem partial WMiles with cash. 
• The screen will update the saying for your flight ticket. 
• Click “Yes” to confirm.
• Review how much you have to pay, plus any taxes or fees.
• Hit “Book” to complete the reservation. Miles will instantly be debited from your account.
• Your flight ticket, alongside the booking confirmation, will be sent to your registered email address. 
• You can check or change the travel details at the manage booking portal. Here you can add seats and request meals for free.

What Eva Air Miles Cash Doesn’t Cover?

These Eva Air miles are flexible as they can be used with cash, but it has some limitations. Here’s a quick list:

• Miles are not covered for no multi-city, stopovers, or bereavement fares.
• It covers the base fare of the flight ticket. You have to pay taxes and add-ons like baggage with cash.
• Miles are deducted from the passenger’s account, and if a family member is traveling with them, the miles will be split equally between both travelers.
• Only applicable for flights operated by Eva Air or UNI Air.
• In case of a full unused ticket, the refund would be processed in the form of miles credited back to the passenger’s  Infinity MileageLands account.
